Part Four: Putting your head together ;)

So now, you have two identical pieces of the pattern cut out.

The next part gets a bit tricky.

Decide whether you are going to attach the two pieces with a low temperature glue gun or a needle and thread.  It doesn't really matter which you choose.

Glue Gun method:  put a little hot glue in the dart (the V-shape at the top of the head), smearing it around a bit to cover the foam and glue it closed.  You will have to hold it in place while it dries. Do this on both pieces.

Next, begin gluing the two head pieces together, along the outside edge of the foam.
